Passing Time: Reflections

Form Study: Think of an object and collect pictures of that item. OK, windows. Think about why you chose that item, what it means to you, dig deep, think conceptually. Whenever I catch myself looking through windows, I realize I'm thinking about the past, the future, friendships, time, life. Reflecting, like a window. I wanted to do a piece based off of time because it is such a valuable thing. It's like that Ferris Bueller quote: "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it."
Found a bunch of junk from my house in my hometown, old windows, fire pit with burnt out cigarettes, flower plants, a ladder, a dead plant, tree stumps, an old picture frame, a dead tree, empty beer bottles, a boating chair, and a clock. I took two pictures, one sitting there, one with just the still life, a ghostly fading look.
