Infected Bug

So my friend wanted me to draw his lungs after his 6 years of smoking, so that's how the insides were done: cancerous lung inspired... I think this is the first drawing I've finished that was actually started in my sketchbook, usually I just wing it, but I planned this sucker out this time.
